Now Lena Construction is carrying out a project in one of the most beautiful locations of Kuşadasi, close to the city center but away from the crowd and noise of the city, where blue and green are intertwine. LENA Ekicioğlu; In a perfect location with a unique view, while offering an isolated living space yet so close to the city center, it plans to bring the standards of living to the top notch with its attention worthy touches, without skipping any ravishing architectural detail. In Lena Ekicioğlu project; There are 34 villas located on a land area of 24,000 m² on an area of 36.000 m². All of the villas have a panoramic view, carefully positioned on the land so that they do not block each other's view.
There are four types of villas that had been carried out. Each villa has 3 floors and the elevator that we placed in each villa can access all of the three floors which is another remarkable detail in this project.
