This villa type has a 780 m² garden area, sits on 117 m², is designed as 3+1 and can be expanded up to 5+2. As the name suggests, Villa UNIQ is a private villa and there is only one of this villa type in our project. Due to its location in the land, it has an entryway that only owner can use. It has a pretty wide terrace usage area of ​​48-55 m². Blissful areas have been created with a 50 m² private pool on the ground floor, a sun lounging pool and a fire pit next to the pool. This villa type has its own elevator. The villa, which consists of 3 floors as the garden floor, the ground floor and the first floor, has its own bathroom in each room. There are large areas that can be designed catering to our customer’s need optionally on the garden floor.
