This villa type has a 500-700 m² garden area, sits on 100 m², is designed as  5+2. There are 7 Villa FOX in this project. Since the entrance to the villa is provided by directly entering the parking lot from the site road; In order to protect privacy, the pool is located at the back of the villa on the ground floor. Blissful areas have been created with a 50 m² private pool on the ground floor, a sun lounging pool and a fire pit next to the pool. Each villa has an elevator. It has a pretty wide terrace usage area of ​​60 m². The villa, which consists of 3 floors as the garden floor, the ground floor and the first floor, has its own bathroom in each room. Unlike other villa types, the kitchen is designed as an open kitchen. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor. There are large areas that can be designed catering to our customer’s need optionally on the garden floor.
