This villa type has a 500-700 m² garden area, sits on 103 m², is designed as  5+2. There are 4 Villa PAN in this project. Each villa has its own private parking lot with a capacity of 4 vehicles. It has a pretty wide terrace usage area of ​​48-55 m². Blissful areas have been created with a 50 m² private pool on the ground floor, a sun lounging pool and a fire pit next to the pool as well as a winter garden on the ground floor specially designed for Villa Pans. Each villa has an elevator. The villa, which consists of 3 floors as the garden floor, the ground floor and the first floor, has its own bathroom in each room, and there is a toilet on each floor. There are large areas that can be designed catering to our customer’s need optionally on the garden floor.
